After you apply

Four steps from submission to send-off.

    Interview

    Shortlisted candidates contacted via NUS email. 20-minute panel via Zoom. If you must change your slot, email nocapplication@nus.edu.sg with a valid reason.

  2. 02

    Mercer Mettl assessment

    A merit assessment. Successful completion is one factor in the final outcome — passing it doesn't constitute an offer.

  3. 03

    Results by email

    By the end of May 2026 for the Jan 2027 intake. Sent to your NUS email.

  4. 04

    Send-off & depart

    Mandatory send-off briefing on 7 Dec 2026 (TBC, hybrid). Then you're off.

On appeals

If you're not shortlisted, not selected after the interview, or not selected after assessment — there's no appeal. NOC selection decisions are final.
