    Travel Preparedness Course (TPC)

    A compulsory e-course for all NUS-endorsed overseas programmes. Required for all NOC applicants.

    [Note] Takes 24 hours to reflect in the system. Don't leave it until the last day.

    Faculty prerequisite courses

    SoC and CEG students must have completed one of: CS2103, IS2103, BT2101, CS2113, CS2103T, CS2113T, IS2108 by the point of departure.

    [Note] Not applicable for NOC Singapore.

    FASS cohort rules

    FASS students from Cohort 2021 onwards can't take FAS2551/2551A/2552/2552A/2553/2553A while on the NOC Full Year programme.

    Public introduction video

    No more than 2 minutes: introduce yourself (30s), pitch a business proposal or problem you want to solve (1 min), and share any awards, experience or study intentions (30s).

    Business plan

    Prepare a one-page (A4) business plan articulating an idea you're working on or plan to pursue, including the stage it's at.

  3. 03

    Up to date CV

    Submit a copy of your latest CV.

  4. 04

    Documentation

    Submit other relevant supporting documents as listed in the application portal.

    Apply

    Apply via the NUS Online Application Portal during the application window.

    Study

    Take entrepreneurship and innovation courses at one of NOC's partner universities — Stanford, Tsinghua, TU Munich, KTH, and others. Coursework connects to what you're seeing inside your startup, not abstract theory.

    Intern

    Work full-time at a high-growth startup in your host city. Real responsibility, real product, real customers.

  3. 03

    Build

    Live alongside other NOC students at N-House, attend founder events, meet investors and operators. The network you build during NOC tends to compound for the rest of your career.
