N-House Resident Mentors are key to supporting residents, guiding them through entrepreneurship challenges and business development. They collaborate closely with NUS Overseas Colleges staff, Resident Assistants, and Advisors to enrich students' residential experience and provide mentorship in entrepreneurship.
What is required

Providing guidance to residents who are working on their business idea or are interested to find out more about the entrepreneurship eco-system

Organising and conducting regular mentorship sessions for the community

Connecting students with resources and networks in the entrepreneurship community

Building relationships with students and serving as a role model and mentor
Terms of engagement

The candidate will be appointed by a selection committee comprising members from the NUS Innovation and Enterprise ecosystem

The term of engagement is 1 year, with options to renew annually

Candidates must be either an Investor, Entrepreneur, and/or active entrepreneurship eco-system builder
N-House Resident Advisor is the heart of the N-House community. They play a key role in creating a positive and supportive living environment for our student entrepreneurs.
What is required

Work closely with the appointed Resident Assistant to execute N-House activities

Providing counselling and referral services for academic and personal needs

Support crisis management exercises from Halls

Work together with N-House Resident Mentor to shape students' experience
Terms of engagement

Appointed by a selection committee from the NUS I&E ecosystem
