    The initial conversation and search are free, and can run under NDA — commercial terms only enter once there's a match worth pursuing.

  3. [3] What's a TRL score and why does it matter?

    Technology Readiness Level — a 1–9 scale for how mature a technology is. It tells you how far a match is from deployment before you commit.

  4. [4] What if there's no match?

    You'll know early — the team can state the probability of a match before you commit, and a specific problem can go to researchers as a tech challenge instead.
