Our leadership team brings cross-disciplinary expertise to take discoveries from a lab bench to companies with customers or to licenses that benefit the world. Their expertise covers strategy, policy, ecosystem building, technology transfer, research design, as well as technological and defence innovation.
The majority of leadership has held posts outside the university, building companies, developing commercial deep-tech products, or overseeing entire defence policies. They are uniquely qualified to support founders testing licence terms, partners asking how fast a pilot can start, and bringing together the broader innovation ecosystem.

Associate Professor Benjamin Tee is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem at NUS Enterprise.
